APPLE LEMONADE

Here it come simple yet refreshing drink for a hot afternoon.. There’s nothing like a sip of ice-cold lemonade on a hot day ๐ŸŒž.

And this one’s flavored with crisp pink apples. Oh sweet.

So when life hands you lemons, you know what to do—make pretty pink lemonade!
Bubbling with cool, sweet, and tangy flavors, it’s totally refreshing, and great for an afternoon cool-down.



Ingredients

Pink r red apples ๐ŸŽ- 3 unpeeled and cut into small junks
Honey - 3 tbsp ( to taste )
lemon juice - 2 1/2 tbsp (roughly 1 ½ lemons)
Salt - as need
Fresh mint sprigs - 2-3 leaves (for garnish)


Instructions:

Take a deep bowl and put enough water to immerse apples pieces and boil it till the apples are soft and mushy.





Once done, strain the apple juice in the jug or bowl and pushing the pulp by a spoon.

Let the juice cool down.



Once cooled ..add honey and lemon juice to it and stir it nicely.



Check the pulp taste if needed add honey or lemon juice to it.

Refrigerate for later use.

Or serve instantly with fresh chilled water and ice cubes with a garnish of mint sprigs and lemon slice.

Add 2-3 tbsp of pulp to the chilled water like below.





Tada.. Yur fresh apple lemonade is ready๐Ÿธ.!!


Notes :

1. Yu can prepare the apple juice instantly with fruit juicer. It will give nice colour compared to boiling one.

2. Adding honey or sugar is optional as the fruit is already sweet.

3. Adding crushed mint to juice and give awesome taste n flavour.

4. Adding chat masala to the juice, taste grt

5. Stays good for a week if refrigerated.

6. Can be transferred to ice cubes and use as n when required.

Veggie soupie!!!

Hey foodies, hope yu are having great time and I bring much needed recipe for this winter n rainy days


Ingredients


Apple tomatoes - 3

Beans - 10-12
Carrot - 2 medium
Spices
Pepper powder, salt, black salt
Coriander sprigs - extra flavour n garnish.
Water - ad needed



Instruction


Wash and chop your veggies n keep aside.


Take a pressure cooker and add some water n boil it. 


Now add the chopped veggies to it. 



Add some salt and pressure cook for 2 whistle.



Once steam goes off, open n let it cool a bit. 



Now blend the boiled veggies to a smooth. 

Add some water if it'd too thick. 

Strain the mixture in a bowl and heat it.


Add Spices to the soup and bring it to boil. 


Pepper powder 



Rock salt

Salt

I didn't want clear soup so added some of mashed veggies which was strained.

Finally add the coriander leaves. 


Stir well n chk for the taste n adjust accordingly.

Once it comes boiling, switch off the flame.

Yummy hot veggie soupie ready to gulp. 


Notes


1. You can add any veggies you like. 


2. If you like thick soupie you can just avoid straining it.


3. The left mixture which was strained is full of nutrients so I ll just add that to dosa batter.
