Now make sandwiches :

Take one slice, and spread the green chutney on it and keep cheese slice and top it with
another bread slice.

Now cut the sandwich bread in four cuts, our bread sandwiches are ready.

Heat at least 4 inches of oil in a pan r kadai over medium high heat.

To test, put one drop of batter in the oil. The batter should form a small ball on the surface of the pan, but not change color right away.

Dip the bread sandwiches into the batter one at a time, making sure each slice is completely covered by the batter. Then drop the slices slowly into oil in the frying pan.

Fry the pakoras in small batches, three to four minutes per batch.

Fry the pakoras, turning occasionally, until both sides are golden brown.

Repeat this process for the remaining batches.

The crispy, delicious pakoras are now ready to serve.

Note:

1. You can use cheese cubes instead of cheese slice.

2. If you don't have green chutney, no worries you can use pizza sauce.

3. You can add any veggie to the slices in the sandwiches.

4. Can add pinch of baking soda for crispness.

Tasty bread cheese pakoras are ready to relish.
