EGGLESS BROWNIE 1


Hey foodies... It's a weekend and what Sunday feast without tasty treats.
Been craving for something cheewy chocolaty chocolate.. So here I bake you some good eggless chocolaty brownies with a twist and 🍰 in oven less..



Ingredients

Plain flour – ¾ cup
Baking soda – ¼ tsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Salt – a pinch
Unsalted butter – 3 tbsp
Cooking Chocolate – 1 ½ cups
Applesauce – ½ cup
Powdered sugar – ½ cup
Hot water – 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp



Instructions

Preheat the idly cooker or cooker you gonna use with salt with a ring nd plate as we did in bread pizza.





Grease the baking pan with butter and now Line the parchment paper with sides up, So it will be easy to lift up after it bakes.




Take plain flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Sieve it well and keep it aside till needed.




Take butter and chocolate in a bowl and melt by using double boiler method.





At the below picture stage, remove it... They are melted but they look like they are not melted totally.



Then whisk it with well till it gets smooth.




Take apple sauce and sugar in large enough bowl. Whisk it till sugar dissolves. Then add hot water and vanilla essence . Mix it well and melted chocolate.










Whisk it well till it gets incorporated well. Do not over beat it because we don’t want to get air in the batter (because we want chewy brownie not like cake)


Then add dry ingredients. And mix it with spatula till combined.



Top it with chopped walnuts.



Pour the batter into prepared pan. Even it out with spoon and tap the pan on counter top few times to get rid of air bubbles.



Bake it into preheated cooker for 25-30 minutes.


Check it by inserting a toothpick in the center and it will come with few moist crumbs or clean.

Let the brownie cool completely in the pan and as it cools it will deflate a bit.


But don’t worry it is perfectly fine.

Then keep it into the refrigerator for 1 hour before cutting.



Now remove the brownie out of the pan with the help of parchment paper.

And cut them into equal pieces or as per your desire size and serve.

Notes

1. Choco chips can also be used instead of cooking chocolate.

2. If using oven, bake it for 25-30 mins for 180°c

3. Use dry fruits as per yur desire.

4. Use parchment paper instead of butter paper..

5. Had a hard time removing butter paper from bottom of brownies.
