STUFFED GARLIC BREAD.!!

Hey foodies,

Here i bring you the most favorite and cheezy recipe that is loved by most of them and here it is Stuffed Garlic bread - just the same as Dominos serves..!!




Lets move in to the recipe.

Ingredients

Maida - 1 +1/4 Cup
Instant Yeast - ½ Tsp
Sugar - 1 Tsp
Garlic Powder - ½ Tsp
Salt - To Taste
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Oregano - 1 Tsp
Chili Flakes - 1 Tsp
Black Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
Red Chili Flakes - 2 Tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
Dried Mango / Amchoor Powder - 1 Tsp
Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
Sweet Corn Kernels - 1/3 cup
Jalapenos - 2 Tbsp {Small chunks}
Grated Mozzarella Cheese - 1/2 cup
Butter - To Grease




Instructions

First lets activate the yeast by adding the yeast and sugar to ½ cup warm water and keep aside for 10 mins until it becomes frothy which will help the dough raise.

Make sure - water is just luke warm, else it will kill the yeast and your bread will not come well.








This is how it will look when the yeast is activated.  FROTHY TYPE ON TOP.




Now take a bowl, seive in maida, then add salt, oil, all spice powders to it and mix well, then add the yeast and water mix and make soft dough if needed add more warm water. 













Knead the dough for 5-6 mins.




Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a damp towel/cling warp and let it proof for a hour or till its doubled.





While the dough is getting prooved, lets make the stuffing ready, steam boil the sweetcorn, and keep the cheeze grated.





For making the bread-sticks - After the dough has proved in double size, take it out and place it in a corn meal dusted surface and knead for a minute or two.




Take cooker and add 1 1/2 cup salt to it, add a steel ring in centre nd top it wit plate and preheat it for 5 mins on high flame.






Roll the dough to a roti size and dust it in a corn meal or in semolina (RAVA).






Spread mayonnaise in one side of the dough(in a semi circle way), add some mozerrela cheeze, sweet corn, jalapenos, a little of spices n italian seasoning in the opposite side..








Apply water in the edges and fold over like a karonji type pressing in the edges.




Take the dough on a pizza tray which is well greased with butter. 




Make cuts in the bread at 1 inch to make the slits but just make slowly and not to go to the bottom.




Take butter and grease the top of bread and sprinkle some seasoning n garlic powder on it.




Place it in the cooker and bake it for 25 - 30 mins for crusty crispy bread.




 Added lil extra cheeze,,, ooops itss oozing out..!!!


Wait for 2-3 mins before slicing, and be careful as it will so hot n spicy..!!




Yay..!! Tasty stuffed garlic bread ready.... So cheezy na..!!


Notes:

1. You can make the stuffing of your choice.

2. I have added all the spices in the dough, you can keep it plain also and add inside the stuffing and make it.

3. If baking in oven, bake at 180 degree for 25-30 mins.

4. You can add garlic chunks also in the dough, for extra garlicy.

5. I was out of cheddar cheeze, so if you have, you can add it.

6. You can make this in gas tandoor also.
