GREEN CHUTNEY

Hey foodies.. i have been using green chutney in few of the recipes, some might not be knowing to make it.
So here is the simple green chutney which can be used in all snacks as sides, dips, spread and many more.

Ingredients:

Fresh Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Pudina leaves - 20 leaves
Groundnuts - 4 tbsp
Lemon - 1 big lemon
Green chillies - 4-5
Salt - as needed


Instruction:
Wash coriander and pudina under clear water and drain it well.
Once drained, chop it well.
Take a mixie jar, put the groundnuts and chillies and grind it coarsely.



Now add greenies to it but lil by little with few drops of water.


Repeat till we get smooth paste.


Once done, add salt and squeeze lemon juice to it, give a whirl and tasty green chutney is ready..!!

Yummy Green chutney is ready to be served.!!

Stays well for weeks in fridge.
Notes:
1. we can add curd also to the chutney as well, but add while serving and not in mixer.
2. Can add green capsicum instead of chillies for less spiciness.
3. This chutney is not for pani poori water.
