Hey foodies, hope yu are having great time and I bring much needed recipe for this winter n rainy days

Ingredients

Apple tomatoes - 3

Beans - 10-12
Carrot - 2 medium
Spices
Pepper powder, salt, black salt
Coriander sprigs - extra flavour n garnish.
Water - ad needed

Instruction

Wash and chop your veggies n keep aside.

Take a pressure cooker and add some water n boil it.

Now add the chopped veggies to it.

Add some salt and pressure cook for 2 whistle.

Once steam goes off, open n let it cool a bit.

Now blend the boiled veggies to a smooth.

Add some water if it'd too thick.

Strain the mixture in a bowl and heat it.

Add Spices to the soup and bring it to boil.

Pepper powder

Rock salt

Salt

I didn't want clear soup so added some of mashed veggies which was strained.

Finally add the coriander leaves.

Stir well n chk for the taste n adjust accordingly.

Once it comes boiling, switch off the flame.

Yummy hot veggie soupie ready to gulp.

Notes

1. You can add any veggies you like.

2. If you like thick soupie you can just avoid straining it.

3. The left mixture which was strained is full of nutrients so I ll just add that to dosa batter.
